With this project Time Architects were appointed to undertake a sensitive conservation led full renovation of the dilapidated former manor house to the outskirts of the town of Worksop. The former grand house had stood empty for a number of years and was in serious risk of collapse which had found it placed on the local authority at risk register. Our works included the restoration and repair of a number of buildings on the site including the main house, coach house, annexed cottage, garden storage facilities and unique external underground ice cave. Furthermore the entire site boundary, access driveway and external gardens were fully restored to their former style and design all to create a stunning and luxurious grand residential dwelling-house with associated commercial business facilities.
